HARDtalk: James Earl Jones
Repeated since he died. Stephen Sackur went to the theatre where JEJ was appearing in Driving Miss Daisy, to talk his career & so on.

Comedy Classics: Bread, Butterflies & Liver Birds
A bit like the Wendy Craig tribute, only looking at Carla Lane through her 3 big sitcoms. Nice that many of the cast were happy to talk (Billy, Joey 1 & Aveline 2 from Bread, for example). No mention that Aveline's husband went on to be a Tory MP.

6 - The Many Faces of Biopics
Presumably the last in the series, and again with exceedingly wide scope for 50 minutes + ads.

But overall worthwhile in keeping with the many, many other shows from the same team.

2.1 How Britain Made Alfred Great
No sooner have they finished one series than they've lined another up. Ian and pals look at Alfred Hitchcock's early British films, before he went to Hollywood. The great Kim Newman joins in, which helps.

Late Night w/Seth Meyers
Michael Keaton was very good in pushing his Beetlejuice sequel and just general banter, whilst Conor O'Malley was amusing in a different respect.

A sad tale of southern life in the 1970s, with a more colourful cast than I might expect.

Dax Shepard was quite amusing, and Carrie Coon was alright.
