I mean, I have to admit - the work she had done her lips has not improved her at all... but she's still fuckable at least lol.

It's a pity when naturally beautiful girls like herself, when she was still Nasrin at least... feel the need to have to have surgeries that they really don't need, ones that actually end up being detrimental to physical their appearance.

She was stunning anyway, I mean I guess its a case of preference - however, it seems that the general consensus is pointing to the fact that she looked better before.

Yeah well, I was trying to be nice - its not always easy. I guess my point was that she still looks alright, and if her saw her in a club I would probably be like "Damn" (especially if I'd had a few drinks and it was dark).

In all seriousness I think she is still pretty hot, but compared to how she looked when she was first on Babeworld as Nasrin - after the facial surgeries and getting even bigger boobs, I'm sorry, but she doesn't even come close.

Whoever set to work on her with a scalpel ought to be given a life sentence.

90% of the girls I see who have had surgery, I still think are stunning. Carmel unfortunately went way overboard with the lips and it's damaged her gorgeous face.
