Partyland...Good or Bad?

Funny enough Party Land reminds me of one of those saturday morning shows as a kid when they gunged the presenters and they would talk to the viewers at home.

Ideal situation - Caty Cole and Candy on the screen, Hubby at my mercy, me in a playful mood hehe

I don't think anyone mentioned this before, but one good thing about PartyLand (in comparison with the other Freeview shows) is that when they advertise their pic service, they don't have those silly black strips covering boobs etc. Or I haven't seen that, anyhow. Good for PartyLand.

Now I'm wondering about the actual compliance rules around it. On PG, for example, I always suspected those black 'compliance' strips, covering clothed parts, or boobs when the girls were topless during the live show anyway, were a selling tactic. PartyLand just flashes up the topless pics, no messing .

I still haven't voted. Need to grit my teeth and give it another go - it's weeks since I paid PartyLand any attention.

It's not the girls' fault at all, but something about Partyland just hasn't clicked for me. Yet. It should've hit its stride by now.

on the whole i like it as there is lots of interaction between the babes via the mic. but the main thing i dont like is its usually only 1 girl at a time not 2

Saw a bit last night and I like the 3 girl 'rotation' arrangement. It works that there's always at least one girl out of the 2 reading out texts who will know what the texter is on about if s/he's texting in for the girl who happens to be on the phone. Split screen is meh, but I don't see a way around that.

But something struck me - does this channel favour brunettes or what? I'm not complaining (it would be hypocritical of me) but there does seem to be a high ratio of darkhaired girls to other hair colour. Offhand, I can only think of Sammie, Alex and Karina. Anyone else notice this? Does it make a difference or not?
