I thought I'd repost this from the end of last season to remined the usual suspects of the previous 2 prediction final tables.
I'll be looking for another top 2 finish & with my closest consistent predictor Gaz "AV1" Aston not having any sports posts for sometime I think I've got this in the bag.

There's a few conisitent scorers in there including my good self who finishes 2nd for the 2nd season running.... Always the bridesmaid never the bride.

Coming into the season with the pressure of being the reigning champion that pressure was too much for the wings of eagle_si to cope with will it be the same for Marsbar next season??? Plenty of work rest & play needed for you this summer, maybe you should join your fellow winner Master Yoda down under, "To answer power with power, the Jedi way this is not. In this war, a danger there is, of losing who we are".

This advice from you should take I will, "If no mistake have you made, yet losing you are ... a different game you should play".

Okay this time I swear I am going to go through with this prediction thread till the end. I was doing pretty good at the start and middle of last season until I stopped with my predictions because of my Law degree final year exams and because Arsenal were so far behind Spurs that I stopped watching football altogether for a while. But I finished my degree now and Arsenal finished way ahead of spurs so I'm going to make a real stab at this prediction thread this year!!! Here comes The Beautiful Narcissist lads, all the way to the top lol

Are you sure you're a Liverpool fan mitchell? Because all this "oh look how bloody good I am" reminds me a lot of the Mancs Wink

Now I'll admit I didn't put up much of a title defence, but that was down to me closing my account for a month, so I was too far behind to catch up. I'll give it another go this season, but you won't find me making brash predictions about how well I'm going to do or installing myself as the pre-kick-off favourite, because I'd look very silly if I didn't produce the goods.

While I'm here, can I just correct you on something. If marsbar and Yoda were the joint winners last season, that makes you third not second Tongue

It's a pity, as it spoils the old joke about you entering a competition for coming second and still coming second laugh
