It was sad to hear of the sudden death of former Zimbabwe all rounder Kevin Curran.
It was believed that the 53 year old may have had a heart attack whilst out jogging but the details have not yet been released.

He played county cricket for both Gloucestershire and Northants.

^ Very sad,seen him play quiet a bit over the years.I seem to remember his knees were about knackered at the end of his career & he struggled to run in & bowl.Played in a very strong Northhants side,especially in the one day comps.

KP has been added to England's Test squad for the tour to India.

Everything back to normal in the England camp,Cook making a century,KP getting out to left arm spin.

K.P. is Englands most exciting batsman but he's never really made consistant big scores in a series since 2005 ashes .Now if he could do it ,he might win back some credabilaty he's squandered .

Good knock by Bluey but Patel looks like he's got the No.6 spot & 2nd spinner.Bairstow could get is if Compton & Root continue to fail & Trott moves up to open.Bell is set to miss a Test for the birth of his 1st child,so there's a place free later on.
