Totally agree. The harsh reality for him was that he was never gonna play (again) a huge part for Liverpool, so it was right for him to move to prolong his playing career - which he still deserves. He will always be revered on the red half of Merseyside.

Totally agree. It's hard to argue that he hasn't been our best 'pound for pound' signing. 2.5mill very well spent.

Upset that he's going, but cant say anything bad against a man that has given a decade of loyal service to the kop.
