I don't know about web sites but Aerobics Oz Style on sky sports 2 in the morning as ticked a few of those boxes for me over the years,especially when Mia Baker is wearing a white cozzie.

There are threads on the site I gave PillowPants for Aerobics Oz Style, once that you have registered. Mia Baker and Kate McCracken were always good to watch. Some of the cameramen on the babe shows could learn a few tips by watching the show.

Was a great fan of Aerobics Oz Style before I had to cancel Sky Sports to save money, programme was great way to relieve tension..exercise I mean. I wonder if they knew?
