Another series of self inflicted dismissals .
Too many batsmen getting in and getting out.
The inconsistency all the top six is deeply worrying imo.

England in trouble at 189-6 after 75 overs & the 2nd new ball 5 overs away.

Really really poor from England.
Australia not having to work anywhere near hard enough for these wickets .

we've won the ashes so don't appear to be giving 100%

Australia bowled 29 maiden overs out of the 90 today,what's wrong with trying to get the odd single ?

Exactly!!
Too much all out defence or all out attack.
Some unbelievably sloppy shots played.
Rotating the strike was more the order of the day.
When Anderson walked off at the close having creamed 3 delightful shots and an edge for 4 he would have been entitled to go to the dressing room and say to his top 6 "What the hell were you lot playing at?"
Utterly ridiculous. If I were him I would be raging right now.

England are shit when they're favourites,they play much better as the underdogs,which if they carry on like this they will be when they tour Australia.

Yet again the bowlers are being asked to dig the batsmen out of a hole.
Unacceptable imo.

The bad news is that England were all out without scoring for 238.
The good news is that the balls moving
