Selling a story about being a "Brand conquest" isn't worth anything in tabloid money terms.

The cynic in me thinks it is more to do with elevating a Girls status to compare to these past conquests:

If I remember correctly,when the 'papers' broke the 'big story' both Stevie and Jessica(or whatever name she used) and Russell Brand denied anything happened.I'm not naive enough to believe anything that appears in the 'red tops' but the usual setup for these things is for the girls to sell a 'tell all' story to the tabloids about his sexual appetite/virility and for Brand to say it's all true! He didn't do that this time.Either he's changing his M.O. after trying to break America or perhaps nothing did happen.Assumption and supposition keep the world turning and this forum full of new posts!
