Missing pictures (merged thread)

I posted some pics of Harmony Hex yesterday at the image hosting service

When I clicked the posted thumbnails, they enlarged to full size ok.
I later posted some different pics in another thread but was unable to get the thumbnails to enlarge. I went back to my earlier Harmony post and now these thumbnails dont enlarge either and neither do some of the others posted some days ago. I tried again this morning and there is still a problem.
Has anyone else got the same problem with their posted pics at picsaway?
I only switched to using picsaway.com because pixel.net had become very slow.

EDIT: Problem seems to have gone away at 11.55am today. Will delete this post if problem does not re-occur in next couple of days.

Yes TheWatcher, no 'picsaway' photos are working at the moment. Josh's, yours, mine or anyone else's.

I also tried uploading a new photo yesterday to see if they'd simply prevented hotlinking, but it wasn't even possible to view the photo I uploaded in a non-hotlinking fashion either. Therefore, I suspect that they either have a temporary problem, or like a lot of smaller picture hosts do and will, have 'gone under'.

If only Imagebam or Imagevenue allowed hotlinking, things would be simpler.

I dont think its getting pic from my computer cache.
If they had 'gone under' the thumbnails should not be there either.

Yes, they all seem to be working again - was obviously just a temporary glitch.

It looks like all the pictures that have been posted by anyone using picsaway.com are no longer visible. They were ok earlier today. The picsaway site is not accessible at present. 2.00pm

EDIT: all is ok again at 7.00pm. The picsaway site was down for a few hours.

And last night was the only time I decided to use picsaway.

just a heads up picsaway is playing up today for some reason so some pics will be missing

My picture in the unusual town names thread is sometimes there,sometimes not!
