I was away last night so knew that my chance of talking to Danni would be remote but pleased to say I managed to squeeze in a couple of crafty calls in which she ensured I slept very well indeed. Underrated......Over Inflated,More Like

I thought Danni's gym work was excellent last night and as my personal trainer she really took me to the limit of my physical capability. Lots of pumping took place coupled with encouraging me to do slow then fast press ups to reduce my stiffness and release my fluid retention. This was followed by instructions to repeat these activities throughout the night including when we had a great session as she shared the gym with Georgie D. More fun to follow on Saturday
