me too especially when they had a box with 2 girls in reading texts as you could only see one girl

Sky 906 and 909 both went widescreen at midnight last night but flicking over to Freeview it was still in 4:3. This explains the narrow,jack of all formats,on screen graphics but not the fact that the girls move outside of the 4:3 box and the channel number/girl's name in the corner??? Haven't they seen how bid tv,pricedrop tv etc. do it?
It was still being broadcast using the graphics card from a ZX81 though !

demi's back and i paid attention and its outta whack too. annoying as hell! i had just decided to put off buying my new telly a coupla months, might get it at the end of the month after all lol.

Yes shows have gone into 19:6 format now all except one of the smile channels for whatever reason i dont know. Its for bettr picture quality, but you do need a wide screen TV (I think) But sadly this is the way everything in going and changing with all shows on TV so buying a new TV may be the case
