Behind the scenes on TVX Callgirls

In Ric Porter's autobiography Welcome to Pornoland there's a chapter about his time working as producer of TVX Call Girls Live, an interesting insight. What he describes sounds like the 2005/2006 version of Callgirls – he mentions it going on from 9pm to 10:30 or 11pm, and mentions Gay TV's live show being produced in the studio upstairs. But no mention of the male porn stars who played with the Callgirls in the 2006 shows. (He may mention it in the skipped pages.)
