Just trying to watch as a subscriber channel 2.... picture blocks every 30 seconds....

Yep stream 2 is fooked for me too, guess I won't be watching Sophia Tonight, which will mean no call from me, therefore they get less money

The mysterious thing is, this only seems to happen during the nightshow's most of the time.

Bloody annoying as this seems to be a consistent problem since the new revamp. It doesn't happen to all the webstreams, but one in particular almost 15% of the time now.

What ever the sodding thing is, get it fixed. This has been an on-going problem that keeps popping up for almost 2 months now.

For the life of me, I can not see any way to top up one's credits under the new system.

I have emailed Customer Support but do not anticipate a reply (again)

Don't you just make a vuecall account and top up on tokens? There is like a top up button during the webcam shows and one button from a pop-up window when you click on "my account" in the vuecall call box.

The button is always a green button with Top Up on it.

You could possibly have an ad-block or pop-up blocker blocking it?

I find it too easy to buy tokens now.

That's the problem. I do not see these buttons. I go to 'My Account' and just see the available credits.

And as far as I know I have no add-blocker or pop-up blocker activated.

I will take a closer look during the next web-show.

Well, surprise, surprise. I actually had a reply from s66.

Now I atleast know what I should be seeing.

Well. We are now into day 2 of stream 2 being messed up still. I guess I might as well keep tally on how long this goes on for since I can't reliability watch stream 2 now.

Thank god Olivia isn't stuck on stream 2 at the moment.

Stream 2 was fine this morning. It was without issue from approx. 8 am (when I first checked) to past 12 pm.

Then the problems of last night came back.

I do think the issue is overload at the streaming server rather than with s66 itself. But they are paying for it and they need to sort it.

Well my issues in not having top-up, start buttons etc are now solved.

It was not S66 that sorted it out but a malware scan. That revealed a shed load of un-invited guests one of which was a Proxy server.

Once I reset my proxy settings (I do not use a proxy), the 'Apps', as they call them, now appear.
