getting something from a laptop to tv screen?

that i dont know yet, its going to be used in a pub. i assume it'll have scart or the three rca things, i already have an rca to scart adapter, its more the computer side of things i want to get sorted out.

Going with the VGA (blue 15 pin one) out is cheaper than HDMI.
