Again ???
When was the previous time ?
The FL have finally been able to prove Cellino's guilt after recieving the Italian judge's written summing up of Cellino's trial in March .
The only reason he was allowed control of Leeds was his appeal won due to a loophole exploited by his lawyers claiming his guilt isn't "real" until the judges written statement says he acted with criminal intent .
In short it means the original FL Fit and Proper Persons Test applied to Cellino back in March is now confirmed as Cellino failed .
Cellino now has until the 29 th Dec to sever ties with Leeds .He also has a 14 day period to appeal .
However , due to a recent change in British Law , his "slate"will be wiped clean after 12 months of his Italian conviction .Meaning he'll be "charge free" on March 18th 2015.
What happens next is anyones guess .
However ,(yes, there's another !) ,Cellino has further charges awaiting in Italy for further tax evasions on another boat and a car he is alledged to have avoided import duty on .He is still awaiting legal papers from Sardinia for illegal building work on his former club Cagliari's former stadium .
The Circus is set to run and run , or until Red Bull buy the Clown out ,hopefully .
Assuming there's anything left of course .

Was glad to see Gozie Ugwu has been picked up by Yeovil Town and has scored what turned out to be winner on Saturday against Bradford City and scored the goal that secured a point against Preston tonight.

Dunfermline Athketic to my mind really mucked up letting him go

dear oh dear four defeats in our last five games now, we were going for automatic promotion a couple of weeks ago now we may not even make the playoffs, i hope we don't end up falling away and finishing in midtable, we haven't played well all season but we were grinding out results i suppose our luck has run out

RE: Football League: Discussion
Well my target for Wolves has been met.
I asked they get 54 points to secure Championship football again next season and this has been exceeded.
We now lie in a reassuring and comfortable position of safety with 62 points.
Bearing in mind our fortunes of recent times I would have gladly settled for a season of consolidation so to say I am pleased with the season so far is an understatement.
The aim now is to win as many points from our remaining games as possible and see where we end up after 46 games.
Focus on one match at a time.
Our run in is very tough however. Derby, Middlesborough, Ipswich, Leeds and a local derby at St Andrews are just some of the of matches remaining for us.
Whatever happens now though this has, imo been a satisfactory season with hopefully more points to be had before the season is completed.
