BB said they understood it was a junior employee that sent the text messages "doing what he thought was big and clever" (BB's description, not mine), to my Knowledge they nor Elite named the employee in question or claimed he had sent the complaints himself .

Morgan James gave the name of the junior employee that sent the text messages .
