What a U-turn for the bloke
Last week he was linked to the likes of Stoke and Hull
Now he has gone from a championship club to one of the best teams in the world

The thing is i understand people saying "If he can stay fit..." etc. I dont know if Man U fans agree with this, but even if he has an injury free season, i cant see him getting a decent run in the side

He should however get regular appearances of the bench at least and even during his injury striken years he has a pretty good record

If he does do well, as a Chelsea fan, i am not looking forward the inevitible 'Fergie Masterstroke' from Man U fans this season

He has got a good record, maybe the formation and team at newcastle wasn't the right chemistry for Owen. Now he's going to Manchester United, there are no excuses. It will show whether or not he still has it.

As a Utd fan I'd say it's a good move providing we get another striker, if not it's a big gamble because Rooney's almost as injury prone as Owen.

am not too keen on the shirt too, last seasons one was a good kit and am not even a man utd fan. don't get me started on the spurs new kit its shit, won't be buying that this season pmsl

I'm not owens biggest fan, but providing he stays fit, he guarantees goals. Plus at a free it's a bit of a bargain, hoping he has a similar impact to henrik larsson a couple seasons ago. Not a fan of the new shirt at all, prob end up buying it though lol
