The undefined issue can be linked to outdated or incomplete java, sometimes Adobe flash player, so check you're up to date with both of those, update if you're not and see if that solves it.

Thanks, but that didn't cure the problem - pity cause I've found a few images to post!

Are you using Firefox browser? I stopped using it because of the same problem and switched to Google Chrome. Try that and see what happens
