he had only fought bums...did you see the archieve footage of him..it was all camcorder footage

It was just a warm up fight for Haye.

Worthless for spectators.

The whole division is a bum division.

Mike Tyson fought bums too, look what he went on to do. Some become World Champions while others get knocked the fuck out

HW division has always had guys that can do the job on the small stage, but in front of the big crowd and bright lights, against a genuine fighter they shit their pants when the bell goes

he was never going to win that fight, the surprise was that he froze so badly

it was more to see if Haye could do a full training camp without injury and still KO a guy, so job done

shows you how much the HW division needs Haye tho, 3 million viewers tuned into Dave. thats fucking impressive numbers in todays TV market

I think the overwhelming opinion is that the fight was shit.

People want to see a competive fight,not someone just stand there and get his head knocked off.

3 million viewers on Dave is impressive,but surely they wanted to see Haye get tested in some way.

of course people would have tuned in hoping for a fight, even Haye would have wanted a fight but thats boxing, especial at HW level

Haye will fight a recognised name next, someone that everyone expects to give him a fight and probably do the same thing

I'm not a huge fan of Haye but,credit where credit is due.In an otherwise boring division at least he does generate some excitement.
