RE: DC's Legends of Tomorrow
The link with Ep 6 "Star City 2046" and Batman v Suoerman is that they were both influenced by the Frank Miller graphic novel "The Dark Knight Returns" with the legends Ep having a old man Oliver Queen with a missing arm just like in graphic novel and BvS having many elements from the same graphic novel for example both Batman's suits are influenced by the novel, there are many other elements used in BvS.

Easter Eggs

Conner Hawke, in the comics his Oliver Queens biracial son, in the legends Ep his John Diggles son. In the comics Slade Wilson does have a son called Grant Wilson and is like his father.

The equipment they needed near the corner of Adam's and O'Neil is a nod to Neal Adams and Dennis O'Neil used to write on the DC Comics Green Lantern/Green Arrow run in the 1970's.

The post I said yesterday in the Arrow thread about timelines is this future won't happen because Sara and Ray both know what's gonna happen and will end up stopping Grant Wilsons rule over Star City in the future and it only happened because they weren't there. This time line will just end being another alternate reality similar to Barry has done in the latter half of season 1 of The Flash and this years Arrow/Flash cross over.

I thought the Ray and Hawk Girl stuff was forced especially the ending in what happens and the next Ep which makes no sense you'll see what i mean next week.

that's the bvs link I got is that Oliver Queen in this episode is old, has one arm and a beard exactly like in the Dark Knight Returns Graphic novel and the Dark Knight Returns Animated Movie that was based on it

"Progeny" not a great Ep to honest felt like it was totally waste of time, there was a thing they coped out on involving Ray. Only good thing about the Ep was the action fight scene.

Ep 13 "Leviathan"

DC’S Legends of Tomorrow “Leviathan” — LONDON 2166 – Rip (Arthur Darvill) takes the team to London in the year 2166, three months before his family is killed.  He believes this to be their final opportunity to take out Savage (Casper Crump) who is, unfortunately, at the height of his power.  However, the team discovers two key elements to defeating him – Savage’s daughter (guest star Jessica Sipos) and the means to kill Savage once and for all.
