I don't think ISIS paid them to commit violence. Those imbeciles did it for nothing. Job satisfaction. It's just they may as well have. ISIS wouldn't have the brain power to think up that trick anyway.

What happens outside of stadiums doesn't fall within the jurisdiction of UEFA's disciplinary committee.

I see that EUFA have given Russia a suspended disqualification for the violence in the stadium.

Imagine if Russia end up being banned from their own World Cup in 2 years time.
