I think if oliver remains the major of star city in season 7 they should have a main villain who was political rather than violent like the previous ones which would make a nice change and would allow for some nice twist and would allow to show if oliver has the ability to play a game of mental chess.

I would love to see death stroke/slade wilson back but in role like Deadpool.

I think Black Siren is a better role that could be expanded and stretch her as an actress. The father / daughter relationship with Captain Lance and the one with Oliver who had died on her Earth.
