Maybe I'm being incredibly naive here, but I don't know any guys who actually think girls who look like this are attractive. I mean, I am not saying she (or women in general for that matter) decides to do this to herself based on it making her more attractive to men, but come on... What is that all about?

I don't think this is about finding enhanced women attractive or not, breast implants, ass implants/injections, facial fillers etc... are a matter of opinion and will always divide opinion. What it clear is that Candy has had other work done which can only endanger her health. The clear work on her waist and rib areas and many nasal surgeries worry me greatly, thats without delving into the psychological issues that must be there. Shame on her surgeon, surgeons.
