It's only a qualifying round,a bit like the champions league,the really interesting voting won't start untill the later rounds,besides poor old Scotsman's gotta count the votes up,i guess you have to draw a line somewhere.

The deadline is 10pm because I've already had seven pages worth of votes to count through. It's not that there's a need to rush, it's just that the longer I leave it open, the longer it'll take to count the votes.

Besides, this is only qualifying. The tournament proper will begin once the votes are counted and verified by our independent adjudicators.

If there's any tie break situations, I'll look at the post-10pm entries.
