Why an extended day show? Why not an extended tease show? Also why advertise an extended day show? Surely it's a failure to find a night babe to cover a shift rather than some sort of success.

They obviously want to see how this works. They have tried extended dayshows before (although not to 2am as I recall) and feel the need to attempt to establish them again now. The reasons for that seem likely as per your post. It is as you say more fuel to the fire of how 66 see their own night shows and how they would like to alliviate the problem.

If we are being harsh, and we usually are, advertising this to 2 in the morning is the first blatant admission of failure on behalf of the night shows from an operator. BS and XP seem to have cornered what little market there is left in those hours and it's bloody hard not to blame 66's abject faith in nights and recruitment of babes over the past few years for that. I don't see how they can try and escape those conclusions.

Its still cart leading the horse, once again, I admit. Is there demand for this or are they trying to create it. As I say, this could be a sign to the future, depending on how much interaction this gets. Maybe 1 night babe, 1 cougar, 1 day babe is planned. The alternative might be to drop a channel or channels at night.

It is an announced failure. people will call thinking it's a night show and will be disappointed. I hope they do not.
