Memories of Childhood...Images only please

Oooh that is a very moot point with me and my friends. We worked our guts out for those damn awards and we gained stars but we never got our certificates and to this day I am still very angry about it. And I'm not kidding either.

Set of collectible cards from Shell petrol stations called Great Britons-got a few more I scanned years ago to post-anybody else collect them? This is Isaac Newton and Alfred the Great-information was on the back as you see on the card.

( I didn't know David Jason was in it and I forgot Dave Evans as well-it was great listening back then- I was 15yrs old by that date)

(Brings back a lot of memories that, had no idea that David Jason was in this and missed out Dave Evans-what most people don't realise is that this was a relatively new concept and this lot were some of the best in the business-very dated with the Irish jokes of course but very funny. I was 15 then-incidentally most of the voices of the celebrities they did have long since died oh and the only girl to appear was Hilary O'Neil)

Another childhood crush of mine was the beautiful Nicola Bryant , who played Peri on Doctor Who during the Peter Davidson/Colin Baker years.
