That'll be that bloke who yells ''Uoooooo Uoooool'' or whatever it's supposed to be when the BBC news guys present from the Houses of Parliament.
I've no idea who he is or what he does but can't they just give him a couple of quid every morning so's he can go get himself a Mcdonald's until they've finished.
