On the tips I think they are ever going to the big names who the fanboys can't help but buzz even if they don't see anything or girls like Anna who actually do there goals property, so not really a surprise to see Kiki and Taylor not hitting there goals,
The sort of night bs needed the more lively girls in to wip up the fans and get the money in , to many of the same slower paced girls lastnight,
Also far to much private as it totally killed the shows off for the vast majority looking to interact, a one point lastnight there where 5 girls live and 4 of them where in private,

It depends what set the girls are on too. Tip-goals for tv are a complete waste of time as the girls are never going to be able to do anything worth tipping for and they're generally too busy on the phones anyway.

Well yes they are but the chatters ask for them sometimes and the girls set them as well(subject to approval of their Mr.P, some of which are practically salivating at the chance to rub oil on them) and they don't always involve the buzzing of the toy, although the vast majority of the big ones do. I will say one thing the goals are getting bigger with 1,000 and 2,000 (and in one case 10,000) now becoming the norm.

I can't recall who but I am sure ONE girl definitely set that ridiculous goal.
