Anyway, Ed's taken over again. The OCC's "three and out" rule has been ludicrous many times since they started it 2 years ago (Lewis Capaldi, Stormzy, Ed & others). I think "five and out" would be enough. When the #1 record 2 weeks ago was eliminated altogether last week on such a nebulous rule, then it doesn't improve the charts, it cheapens them.
