Free streaming video recorder

This is the best "free" SVRec i have found. works well on babestation elitetv bangbabes etc


The FLV converter that comes with it didn't work on my computer,( i may not have the correct codecs for flv)
but i used the free flv converter from http://koyotesoft.com to convert to avi etc.

I'm looking for something that is a) free, b) user-friendly, and c) doesn't take up too much disk space. Applian, it seems, is no longer free, and I'm not downloading a trial package I'll have to uninstall later on. There's something about Jing that I just don't like - perhaps it's the fact that everything you record gets uploaded to their site first. Why?

So if there is anyone out there who knows of a freeware alternative, please shout. I'm looking at the moment but it's all very confusing.

PS now looking at Orbit, but it's not very helpful.
