..but i didnt know cellcast was babestations owner, and nothing to do with bangbabes. My point is that nothing should be taken for granted, especially when new members are joining all the time. I never watch babestation/babecast,as the production values are way lower than the 'widescreen channels' plus, when i do scroll past ,it always seems to be Darryl and Alex addams on,both of whom were much better suited to bangbabes(IMO)

I am able to inform you that Cellcast most definitely did not "let Tiffany go".
Sorry Admin, don't quite understand.
To clarify, when I said "Big mistake on Cellcasts part for letting Tiffany go, They definitely should have used a pair of these:( A photo of Golden Handcuffs) It wasn't to imply that she was shown the door, it was to say that they should have done every thing in their power to make her stay. Hence the photo of "Golden Handcuffs", followed by a suggestion to Elite to " Throw away the key"
Unless you mean that she is still employed by Cellcast? And still a part of Babestation?

I hope Elite have the foresight to use a pair and throw away the key.
Sorry to be pedantic but:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Golden_handcuffs
Golden handcuffs are a system of financial incentives designed to keep an employee from leaving the company. These can include employee stock options which will not vest for several years but are more often contractual obligations to give back lucrative bonuses or other compensation if the employee leaves for another company.
Golden handcuffs are a response by the companies in industries where it is common for highly compensated employees to frequently move from one firm to another, often before the company feels that it has earned a return on the investment in the employee.
In television, if a host has signed the 'golden handcuffs' deal with the network, it means they cannot appear on any other rival channel. An example of this would be British television hosts Ant & Dec.
More broadly, the term can also refer to any kind of situation in which a generous salary is used to keep an important employee from looking for a more desirable but less certain position.
