Is it ok for performers to not show up and use public transport as an excuse AND still charge for a show?

Yep was sad following Roo on Twitter and seeing how upset she was as her train was getting later and later, she really started to think she wouldn't make it, but was good that she was keeping everyone informed of what was happening so people could decide to by the show or not with full knowledge that she may not be on, really good communication,
Due to the very strong winds lastnight all trains on the west coast mainline had a 75mph restriction on them after 7pm lastnight so everyone using that line was delayed, I am glad she made it as know how much she was looking forward to it,
