On the web they can have as many babes on the phones as they like still. 66chat is replacing nothing there.

On TV it's run mostly as a small pic inside a box inside the main image I believe (I don't have Sky or Freesat any more). So there's still a babe on the phone there; again nothing really lost. As such, 66chat's only downside to the operator is the direct overheads involved in putting it out. No income lost.

What the benefits to them? Well the show is a purer form of marketing than any other show we've seen on the channels. Basically it's an engager. Part promo tool, where they can push codes, phone numbers and the other babe's shows in a more direct manner than ever (as well as making what revenue it makes on its own). Part enhancer for guys' relationships with the babes. It familiarises punters with (generally the newer) babes' personalities, makes interactions easier and bolsters punter loyalty to the babes and to 66. It adds value to the experiences of those seeking something other than just naughtiness.

The pic in pic thing 66chat uses on TV is also a way to have two sources of 'push' on one channel and avoid the two traditional type babes on one screen thing that everyone hates. Another plus: It utilises audio there in a better way that just having the shitty musak all the time.

Finally, 66chat is a big splashy advert for the only gateway to the web (the new site) allowed to be directly promoted on TV. As such it funnels the stubborn TV viewer or newcomers there to the major source of the channels' income these days. 'Everything' nowadays is about getting guys online; about getting them to stay there longer (66chat's stream helps there too) and thus spend more money while they are there.

^Got it spot on here shady. It’s a way for people/potential customers to know the s66 babes and become regular callers etc & for s66 it’s a way to plug the webcams

Purely personally, unless the output of chat does change, there is buckleys' chance of persuading A. Harris (for example) of sitting on the couch (if there ever was a chance)

It certainly wasn't a classic and rather awkward when Ana refered to her as 'Ditsy Dolly' which led to an awkward final 20 mins as they'd never met each other before apparently
