Players to miss the cut includes, Brits Rose, Wallace & Hatton.

Three way tie at the top on -5.
Mackenzie Hughes, Russell Henley and Louis Ousthuizen after an outrageous 50 foot eagle putt on the 18th hole.

Lurking just behind are Rory McIlroy, Jon Rahm and Bryson DeChambeau.

Richard Bland has faded somewhat to +1 as has Branden Grace to +3 .

Rahm and McIlroy helping make for a promising leaderboard for the final round, though realistically I'd think those on 1 under are the longer shots, it'll be one of the top dozen or so.

Jon Rahm is the US Open champion after a final round surge powered him to the title.
A closing round of 67 enabled him to win by 1 shot and in so doing become the first Spaniard to claim victory in the tournament at -6.

Oosthuizen was runner up at -5.

Well done Rahm, balances out his bad luck last time. Plus, Ryder Cup

Top 10 finish for Paul Casey too.

It is two successive runner up finishes in majors for Louis Ousthuizen after also finishing in that spot to Phil Mickelson at Kiawah Island.
It is his 6th runner up finish at a major overall.

A great story of redemption after what happened at The Memorial tournament. Rambo will be ranked World Number One when the rankings are updated.

Tiger Woods is missing this one next week.

Though Phil Mickelson seemed to be suggesting he would be there... though I kinda doubt that.
