An enormous thank you to all those who have participated and sent in nominations. It really is appreciated.

The nominations have now all been counted and shortlists for each category have been drawn up. Voting is now open and will close at 11pm on Sunday 17th December.

Voting Information

■ Nominees in each category below are listed alphabetically

■ Submit your votes via Private Message (PM) to myself, Forum Awards

■ Please submit a maximum of one vote per category

■ You can vote for all of the categories or just some of them if you prefer. You are allowed to vote for yourself, or any post or thread that you have been involved with.

Thank you all for my nominations, it's nice to be appreciated, if that's what it is. I guess they are a product of being active around the Forum, if nothing else my name stands out. I don't post for nominations, votes or awards, I post because I still find pleasure in the shows, & enjoy the banter with likeminded people on a variety of subjects. I love a discussion, I'm opinionated, but respectful of others. Important

Debate is the essence of any forum, and I'd urge members to stay involved on that front & encourage those who may be reluctant to have their say to find their voice. Someone actually thought they could shut me down, but no, that wont happen, I can't hear you anymore. bladewave

A special thanks for the support from those I'd like to call friends, not sure how they refer to me, but you know who you are. It always feels bittersweet to be nominated against mates and I wish them & those I know less well all the best in the voting process, may the best man/woman/other win. Wink

It would seem that after last years brush with humour, I didn't cut the mustard on the comedy front this time around. I'll endeavour to rectify that in the New Year & try to visit the Fun Zone more often, circumstances away from the Forum have lead to laughs being in short supply, can't see a change anytime soon, but I'll try to rise above. Smile

Well done to all those nominated.

Thanks for the nominations in the best capper and picture poster catagories.
And the Paddle's also got himself nominated again, and against the skull.
I see that my set of caps of Catalina made the short list (The one where Catalina has a squirt).

So a big thanks to all of you who chose to make your nominations, not just for me but for all those nominated.

Just sent my votes off, & despite many members receiving multiple nominations, I manged to vote for 12 different recipients which I felt was the fairest method. Best of luck everyone.
