Could someone resize this for me please

I wanted to use it for my avatar on another site and the maximum size on the site is '' The maximum size of your custom image is 125 by 125 pixels or 195.3 KB (whichever is smaller). ''

I tried to do it my self on 1 of the free gif resizing sites but cant get it right.

It still wont work the gif is still 865kb and the limit on the site I wanted to use it on is 195kb

Theres gotta be a way round it to make it smaller

I tried to reduce the file size myself with no luck

Forget it unless you want to do frame removal as well 150 frames into 195kb on a gif just isn't going to be of a usable size. Besides animated gifs normally slow forum browsing down which is one reason why forum admins put these restrictions on in the first place
