only 2 less than the Rio Olympics and 1 more than Tokyo but a lot less than 1908 with 146 medals but that had loads of events that are no longer like tug of war

overall a good games and hopefully funding will remain in place

The Eiffel Tower has been evacuated. A man has been spotted climbing up it.

The overal medal total is good but we had 22 gold medals in 2021 and 27 gold medals in 2016. At London we had 29 gold medals but that was with home advantage.

This olympics started well during the first week but we just failed to be the winners in the athletics & cycling. It's called bridesmaid syndrome.

Tug of War should 100% be restored to the Olympic Games.
