End of the series tonight already. I've noticed a couple of "highlights" shows already in the last week, and despite claiming Bruckner was someone they were celebrating (the bi-centenary of) this year, there wasn't much bloody effort to show it.

Also gimmicky shows like the Disco and Sam Smith (and Florence and the Machine) ones just beg the question what they'll think of in 2025.

Well, there were some desperate ideas again, like plugging the bloody Traitors, and also Soul Celebration night felt a bit desperate.

Brian May and Roger Taylor turned up for a new take on Bohemian Rhapsody, whilst Bill Bailey was rather under-used given his evident musical abilities.

That said, there are plenty of other comics who do musical bits, so maybe 2026 will see a fuller showcase of this?

Was gutted not seeing Brian and roger doing bohemian rhapsody after hearing the talk about it earlier in the day
