He talked to Joan Bakewell at some live event at the NFT, then gave 2 separate Film 'nn chats, managing to miss Barry Norman both times - the latter chat with Russell Harty was notable for Paul claiming to have watched Dennis Taylor winning the snooker world championship with his wife Joanne Woodward even more rapt. There's a novel angle on an old story.

Last Week Tonight w/John Oliver
His main bit was about traffic cops making too many stops of certain drivers so they can meet targets, and using the pretence of "pretextual" stops to allow them to be quite a bit racist.

Since they can still talk to Angela Allen, they relate the story of the script supervisor aka "continuity girl", since she was one and worked on The Third Man, which they love discussing. They do at least name the lady who originated the role, and how it developed by saving studios money in the days before digital.
