So Pep's CL dream is over for another season as they were well beaten and outplayed by Real Madrid even though they scored a consolation goal late on I think conceding a goal so early took the fight out of them pretty quickly. Mbappe would terrify most PL defence teams but he wouls certainly set the PL & British soccer in general alight.

Now he has to prepare them for Liverpool's visit on Sunday & does that become a must - win game?

There's too many older players in the team who are past their best, and a lot of the new players aren't good enough.

i mean liverpool and arsenal all have had there rebuilds 4 years winning premier league not to mention the Treble takes its toll mentally and physically

losing at this early stage might be a god send with the club world cup when rodri will almost certainly will be back

You probably could be right HP, but like Charle said several players are well past their best and even a small rebuild could revitalise them
