blackberry pearl

how do u get the blackberry pearl app video recorder as my once dident come with it in the fone

and i cant find a helpline number

I don't use a Blackberry and know nothing about them. However, a quick internet search suggests the 'Pearl' is an older model (8100)? If so, it sounds like it apparently wasn't designed to record video, while the 8110 was. If you have the 8110 you will apparently also need 4.5 OS.
