Broncos 7 - 10 Pats
It amazes me that a Head Coach can't sense the moment & just do the right thing & kick the field goal, it should never be about analytics if this was the case, the game situation heavily suggested that any points would be at a premium & the Broncos were doing a good job of keeping the Pats offence in check.
Stidham showed that his lack of gametime eventually caught up with him. By trying to do too much deep in his own half he tried to make something happen, when taking a sack was the smart move, the backward pass that was recovered by the Pats resulted in Drake Maye walking in for a game tying TD just before halftime.
Thereafter the weather played it's part, but the Pats made all the right call once they'd kicked the go ahead field goal in the 3rd quarter.
Drake Maye completed just 10 passes for 86 yards, but rushed 10 times for 65. They did stick with the run game as Stevenson carried 25 times for 71 yards, whereas the Broncos only used Harvey on 13 carries.
Ultimately the Pats executed better in key moments & won the tactical battle, field position become important as the punters were kept busy. The kickers had a nightmare with strong cross winds, from 5 combined attempts just one was successful.

Seahawks 31 - 27 Rams
A pleasure to watch all the talent on display, amazing that despite 2 great defences the QB's were still able to move the ball & had almost identical stats well over 300 yards passing & 3 td's apiece. The same applies for their No.1 receivers, Smith-Njigba 10 catches for 153 yards & a TD, Puka Nacua had 9 catches for 165 & a TD. Kenneth Walker III had a combined 100 yard rushing & receiving game.
The fumble by Xavier Smith from a punt proved decisive & ultimately costly.

Interesting that Mike McCarthy has been hired as Steelers Head Coach, could the connection with Rodgers at the Packers open up one last hurrah for the legendary QB ?

The fumbled catch by Smith killed it for the Rams. Stafford was gutted, it looked for a long while that LA were gonna take over at the end.

In the end I think Seattle were just too solid. Defensively sound and a more balanced team overall.

The Bills have promoted their OC Joe Brady to the Head Coach position.
