I've just received a final decision from the Appeals sub-committee of the UK Babe Channels Forum Ladybits Slippage ajudication panel. This one scrapes in as a category E, reverse gusset, transverse displacement, double orifice femtoslip.

I would have completely missed it at 32x speed if it wasn't for the characteristic signs. That is, the abrupt camera pan to the side, the culprit's sheepish grin and the look of faux shock on the face of the colleague.
