It's not strictly (i.e. legally) incest because girls can't actually have sexual intercourse - i.e. penetration/insemination by penis. They can only mutually masturbate or perform cunnilingus which is foreplay not bonking.

The real issue with incest is in-bred offspring. I doubt same-sex/homosexual relations between close relatives would count as incest in a legal sense although it may in a moral/social sense depending on the culture.

There are in fact a few 'twincest' porno movies legally in circulation (at least in the US - don't know if the BBFC could ever bring themselves to pass such a thing (they even banned VT's 'Sisters' and that featured unrelated actors playing lezzie sisters)). One of the first and most famous real twin pornos is "Teenage Twins" (1976) starring Brooke and Taylor Young - this is a fairly normal porno but with one scene where the girls do each other. One of the most bizarre I know of (and not very erotic IMHO) is by a pair known as the "Urine Twins" - I'll say no more. There are several others but, to be frank, these twin flicks tend to get rather boring - even when the camera cuts from one view to the other you more or less get the same shot you had before. The novelty soon wears off. These films are perhaps curiosities and only for serious porn buffs and pervs.

As for Amanda and Caty together? I doubt they're up for it. It's a far better fantasy than reality -and best leave it there methinks (some things are simply better left undone). And what a pity the Government and all the censorial fuckwits can't make the same distinction between fantasy and reality or decide when some ideas are better left as mere ideas.
