i just bought it cuz its out 2 day and it is really good the gameplay is slightly better than fifa 10 but the penalties have improved so much, you have to place your shot, compose yourself and if its in a really important match it gets very hard. A good buy for any football fan.

Definitely! I bought it and think it's great: the graphics/player characterisations are loads better and you're right about the pens!
