Well i think they need to address those problems asap as im sure its not exactly encouraging anyone to phone using the credit card account method and what happened to bawbag was not nice.I think the very least they could do is give him a refund of his wasted credit when trying to connect.

Tried calling Jess a few times this morning, she doesn't seem to be on the phone (indeed she was having a conversation with someone behind the camera) after listening to the tedious revenue raising introduction about you get the option to eavesdrop or talk, when you choose to talk the phone rings for a second and then another menu pops up offering chat to other girls or to listen to a selection of girls intros.
There is also no option to go back to talk to the onscreen girl, so if you want to try again you have to hang up and start again.

Irish number doesnt work either.

I had exactly the same problem with the mobile short-code number.
Wasted over £5 stuck in the loop only being offered the off screen girls.
