moron50, I was going to say it sounds like the film, Principles of Lust. Lara Clifton does a full strip show in a pub with a full-on, wide-legged fanny flash. Also, Sienna Guillory does some pretty hot and sweaty sex scenes in this too and, iirc, there's some brief penetration shots (between porn actor extras) in an orgy scene.
But of course all this full frontal nudity and sexually explicit activity is justified by the context that its a general entertainment film on a general entertainment film channel not, an adult sex show on an adult sex channel.
Ofcom will trust the BBFC to justify any content by context upto an 18-rating but, then their own bigotry steps-in and condemns any 'sex work' material specifically designed to titilate the viewer to be banned, mandatory PIN protected and encrypted...just in case it upsets the moral minority to think that people might be wanking off in the privacy of their own home.
Ofcom seem to believe the exploitation of human sexuality in pursuit of satiating human sexual needs is wrong. The FACT this is one of the biggest entertainment markets in the world speaks volumes. The FACT no evidence exists to show this is harmful but, indeed, plenty to show it is beneficial to society and to the safety of women and children, means that Ofcom are failling in their remit to protect truly vulnerable people, indeed, Ofcom's actions are making more people more vulnerable (and I did explain all this to them, sent them links to the work of Milton Diamond and Beryl Kutchinsky etc., in my consultation response in 2003/4 - the LSE even quoted bits of my submission in the 'R18 harm' report).
Over the years I've studied all the research from the likes of Donnerstein, Linz, Malamuth, Diamond, Kutchinsky, Cumberbatch etc. I've been through the BBFC's own 'Media Effects' paper with a fine tooth comb and raised several points with them too. The results are clear - sexual material helps those with 'behavioural problems' to control their uncontrollable desires. It doesn't turn people into sex fiends, nor can it cure the highly sexed but, it can help such people control their needs in harmless ways. For the rest of us 'norms', its just a bit of sexy fun and a great stress-reliever.
I do not want to be an uptight religious freak. I don't believe religious claptrap nor do I wish to share or suffer under distorted religious moral values.
The only 'Gods' I worship are SEX and EVOLUTION for they are what science tells us created creatures just like us. We ALL have a fundamental RIGHT to worship our chosen Gods without any interference from other fictional/supernatural God botherers.
I believe Ofcom's days of religious and sexual discrimination are now decidedly numbered.
While I'm on the subject, here's some of the Ofcom threads on Your Freedom that could do with a lot more support:
