Yes I agree, except that you have to be one of the winners though, not just play....

This is just to confirm what others have mentioned above that there is no tie break system for teams which are level on points in the league. Accordingly, a tie will definitely stay a tie and therefore the prizes for the positions in question will need to be aggregated and shared amongst those who are tied for the same place.
