Logging in probs

Does anyone else have any problem logging in from the main page? If I try to log in from there, I get the message 'Thank you for logging in. You will now be taken back to where you came from'. Problem is it does exactly that - takes me back to just before I logged in so that it kind of undoes my log-in if that makes sence.

The only way I could successfully log-in was to enter a thread and hit 'reply' to one of the posts. I was then asked to log-in and this worked okay.

i just stay logged in. i never log out its magical.
